Yes. You pick your dates, pay securely, and your reservation is confirmed and the calendar locked immediately — there's no waiting for approval and no chance of a double-booking.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Check-in is self-service with a door code we send before arrival, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Need slightly different times? Ask us and we'll do our best.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in — you get a full refund. Inside 14 days, contact us and we'll always try to help.

Payment is by credit or debit card, processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

The lofts are in the middle of historic downtown, so parking is on-street (metered) and in nearby public garages a block off Center Square — garages run a few dollars an hour. Weekday evenings, weekends, and Sundays are the easiest. We'll send current parking tips with your check-in details.

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome for a small per-night pet fee. Just let us know you're bringing one when you book so we can prepare the loft.

A one-time cleaning fee is shown on the booking screen before you pay, along with the full total — no surprise charges. There's no OTA service fee when you book direct.

Each loft lists its included guest count and maximum capacity on its page. Bringing extra guests above the included number adds a small per-night charge, calculated automatically at checkout.
