Simple and fair — the same policy on every booking.
Free cancellation — 14 days or more before check-in
Cancel 14 or more days before your check-in date and you'll receive a full refund of everything you paid, back to your original payment method.
Non-refundable — within 14 days of check-in
Once you're inside the 14-day window before check-in, the booking is non-refundable. No refund is issued for cancellations, early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.
How to cancel
Email us as early as possible and we'll process any eligible refund to your original payment method.
